In partnership with Summit’s 19 houses of worship, we advocate for affordable housing, and poverty, anti-racism, homelessness, and inclusion issues.

LEAMNJ represents the official positions of the ELCA. While some of their advocacy efforts are focused on the executive and legislative branches of state government, county leaders as well as municipal governments are a foci; their greatest effort is directed toward empowering congregations with the issues that embrace their Baptismal calling to strive for justice and peace in all the earth.
